Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely package your items in their original Valfré packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for reference until your refund is processed.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 5-7 business days.
